04
Prices

Mediterre Eurofood SA reserves the right to change its prices at any time for all its customers. However, for the products ordered by customers, the prices valid on the order date and indicated on the order confirmation will always apply. For resellers, the current price list applies, which can be adapted by general or individual offers.

05
Shipping / Delivery

Usually the shipment is made by mail (see shipping information). For customers supplied by Eurofood Mediterre SA itself, the delivery days are individually agreed in advance. For small quantities or rush orders, a transport cost surcharge may be charged. This will be discussed directly with the customer in advance. In any case, Mediterre Eurofood SA reserves the right to carry out the delivery itself.

06
Storage

If a product is not stored correctly after delivery, any claim for complaint shall lapse with immediate effect.

07
Return and complaints

In principle, ordered goods can neither be exchanged nor taken back. Exceptions are deliveries which have been damaged during transport and incorrect deliveries. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the goods immediately upon delivery and to complain about any defects or deviations from his order. Such complaints or claims must be notified to Eurofood Mediterre SA in writing by e-mail, fax or registered letter within 4 days of delivery. For customers served personally by Mediterre Eurofood SA, the complaint must be made within 24 hours. Incomplete articles, articles damaged or soiled by the customer will generally not be taken back.

Deductions made by the customer himself on an invoice issued will not be accepted.

The shipping costs in the case of a return of the goods are to be paid by the customer, provided that Mediterre Eurofood SA has not made a reduced payment.
